Geology Course
Our program of study will cover topics ranging from
rocks, minerals, plate tectonics, volcanoes, earthquakes and the oceans.
To be successful in this course it is essential that every student buy the text
"EARTH SCIENCE" by the authors Tarbuck and Lutgens.
Our text book is in its second year of use in high school
and it is a more detailed study of the science of geology.
Students will find the text comprehensive and this is shown in the amount of notes
and reading required.
To the new students in this course, many exercises and assignments will be based on the text book.
SO MAKE SURE you purchase it immediately.
We are currently working on Chapter 2.
